WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) today announced the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will grant Jefferson Parish a total of $3,815,860.63 in Hurricane Zeta relief. The grant is reimbursement for costs related debris removal in the wake of the storm.
“Southeast Louisiana has been hammered by hurricane after hurricane,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding is a step towards our communities recovering fully.”
