WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) today announced the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will grant a total of $61,307,611.21 to the New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board, Calcasieu Parish Policy Jury, and City of DeQuincy in relief for Hurricanes Laura and Katrina.
“While it has taken far too long to receive, this funding is crucial to rebuilding our state after countless storms,” said Dr. Cassidy.
