WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced Louisiana will receive $4,589,393.70 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Hurricanes Laura, Ida, and Katrina relief.
“Louisiana remains resilient while rebuilding from the destruction caused by natural disasters,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding will help our communities return to wholeness.”

$1,008,756.90 | Goodwill Church | This grant will provide federal funding for damages as a result of Hurricane Ida. |
$2,100,000.00 | Jefferson Parish Drainage Improvements (Manson Ditch) Project – Phase II | This grant will provide federal funding for drainage improvements in the Jefferson Park Subdivision in Jefferson Parish as a result of Hurricane Katrina. |
