WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced Cameron Parish will receive $1,281,177.90 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the permanent restoration to the Creole Park as a result of Hurricane Laura.
“Hurricane Laura left a path of destruction across Southwest Louisiana, but our communities are stronger than any storm,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding will help restore Creole Park and return it to wholeness.”
