WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced that Terrebonne Levee and Conservation District will receive $3,047,554.47 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in relief for Hurricane Ida. This federal funding will go towards debris removal operations.
“Louisiana continues to show its resilience in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding not only reimburses cleanup efforts from the storm but assists the community in returning to normal.”
