WASHINGTON—Today, US Senator Bill Cassidy, MD (R-LA) released a statement following the Trump administration’s permit authorization for the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline.
Senator Cassidy was an early advocate for the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline. In 2014, then Congressman Cassidy introduced the Keystone XL authorization bill HR 5682, which passed the US House of Representatives. To read that legislation, click here.
