WASHINGTON – U.S. Senators Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA), and John Kennedy (R-LA) today applauded President Trump’s nomination of William Travis Brown to serve as U.S. marshal for the Middle District of Louisiana.
“Bill Brown is a 25-year veteran of the U.S. Marshals Service and a skilled investigator with a stellar law enforcement career,” said Dr. Cassidy. “He will do a great job for the people of the Middle District, and I support his nomination.”
“Bill Brown began his career as a crime scene investigator before graduating from LSU,” said Senator Kennedy. “In three decades, he’s built a wealth of experience coordinating law enforcement investigations in multiple states. As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I look forward to learning more about his background.”
