MEDIA ADVISORY: Cassidy, Vitter, Scalise, Richmond to Host Service Academy Day

BATON ROUGE —U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. will join Senator David Vitter, Representative Steve Scalise and Representative Cedric Richmond to host Service Academy Day on Monday, August 3, 2015. Representatives from West Point, Naval, Air Force, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine Academies will be on hand to answer questions. Representatives from Senator Cassidy’s office will also be on hand to explain the nomination process. The event is free and open to the public. All high school students and their parents are encouraged to attend.

Additional Service Academy Day events will be held on September 12 in Baton Rouge and on September 26 in Alexandria.
