WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) today announced the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) will grant the Lake Charles Regional Airport $6,939,239.00 to construct a building, parking lot, and hangar at the airport.
“An investment in our airports is an investment in the Louisiana economy,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding will help Lake Charles attract new investments and spur economic growth.”
This funding comes from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
