WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced to the Houma Terrebonne Housing Authority will receive $1,575,626.60 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for emergency protective measures as a result of Hurricane Ida.
“While Hurricane Ida recovery continues, South Louisiana remains resilient,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding will help restore Terrebonne Parish and make sure our bayou communities are equipped to weather future storms.”
