WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) today announced the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will grant the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans $1,111,053 for the Children’s Hospitals Graduate Medical Education Payment Program. The funding will support the training of resident physicians and dentists.
“Investing in Louisiana’s future doctors and dentists ensures our children have access to quality health care,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding makes our families healthier.”
