Cassidy Announces $3.7 Million for Calcasieu Parish in Hurricane Laura Relief

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced Calcasieu Parish will receive $3,688,797.14 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Hurricane Laura relief.

“In the aftermath of Hurricane Laura, Louisiana remains resilient,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding will support the recovery of Calcasieu Parish and ensure our communities are prepared when the next storm hits.”

$1,690,291.00City of Lake CharlesThis grant will provide federal funding for building repairs required as a result of Hurricane Laura.
