WASHINGTON –U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will grant Louisiana $705,000.00 from his Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) in Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grants. This federal funding will be used to address stormwater and sewer infrastructure needs.
“Improving stormwater and sewer infrastructure creates a better place for families to live,” said Dr. Cassidy. “This funding once again shows the positive impact of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.”
