US Senator Bill Cassidy, MD (R-LA) issued the following statement on the one-year-anniversary of The Great Flood of 2016.
“Following the devastating flood, the people of Louisiana came together to help those in need. A year later, we can still feel the effects from The Great Flood of 2016, but we continue toward full recovery,” said Dr. Cassidy. “The Louisiana delegation will stay committed to ensuring that in the event of disaster, Louisiana families and businesses have the resources they need to rebuild, recover and prosper.”
